RAJUK notices and lotteries, 2020–2026
Application deadlines, flat-ID and parking lotteries, security-money refunds and the move online for the Uttara Apartment Project — from the original notices, in date order.
Why this list exists
RAJUK’s notices are hard to find in one place — some on the website’s notice board, some in newspapers, some only at the project office. Below are the Uttara Apartment Project (Sector 18, Block ‘A’) notices we have read from the original copies, in date order. Each entry says only what the notice prints.
The lottery result lists carry allottees’ names and fathers’ names. They are documents RAJUK published, but ruap.net does not republish any individual’s name.
2020
- The deadline for buying and submitting the 5th-phase prospectus and application form was extended to 30 September 2020 (notice of June 2020).
- It was then extended again, to 31 December 2020 (notice of September 2020).
- October 2020: an office order simplified the refund of security money to applicants who were not allotted a plot or flat, using a procedure proposed by RAJUK’s finance and accounts branch and approved by its general meeting. Applications go to the Deputy Director (Estate).
- November 2020: results of the lottery allocating flat numbers.
2021
- The deadline for the 6th-phase prospectus and application form was extended to 31 October 2021.
- September 2021: results of the flat-ID lotteries by instalment — four separate lists, for the 1st to 4th instalments.
- 15 September 2021, 10 am, RAJUK auditorium: the 5th lottery for flat IDs. Allottees who had not yet paid instalments 1–4 could take part by paying by 6 September 2021.
2022
- Re-notice for the remaining flats: application forms and prospectus until 31 July 2022, Tk 2,000, at named branches of Janata, Sonali, Agrani, Exim, Eastern and Bank Asia.
- 22 September 2022, 11 am, RAJUK auditorium: the 6th lottery for flat IDs; the deadline for instalments 1–4 was 7 September 2022.
- 27 September 2022: the car-parking number allocation lottery.
2024
- 10 March 2024: a flat-number allocation lottery, and the car-parking lottery for buildings 13B and 13C.
- May 2024: a RAJUK notice asked officers of grades 1 to 9 working at RAJUK to apply within three working days if they wanted quarters in building 12B (Teesta-1), following a decision of the monthly coordination meeting of 24 April 2024.
- October 2024: a new notice for a small number of flats — forms and prospectus from 3 November to 3 December 2024, Tk 2,000 (non-refundable); security money Tk 4,00,000. For Bangladeshis abroad, the form is US$ 30 or € 25 and the security money US$ 5,200 or € 4,700.
- November 2024: the revised prospectus — Tk 4,800 per square foot. Details in the “Allotment and instalments” guide.
- 19 December 2024, 11 am, RAJUK auditorium: the 9th lottery for flat IDs and the parking-ID lottery for buildings 13A and 13D. Paying instalments 1–4 — and, for 13A and 13D, the utility and parking charges — by 12 December 2024 secured a place. The notice says those who could not take part would get IDs in later lotteries, in turn.
2026
- From 1 September 2026: the Estate and Land branch services — transfer, gift, partition, mutation, power of attorney, loan no-objection, security-money refund, possession and the final survey letter — are online at epms.rajuk.gov.bd, where the file can be followed and the decision letter downloaded.
Your flat’s parking
From the published parking lottery lists we took only the building, flat and parking ID — no names. Your building’s page (from the buildings list) shows the flats whose parking has been published. What is in your letter from RAJUK is what counts.
