Destroying the Sanctified Mind’s shoulder in Destiny 2 will spawn a red portal, and the leg will spawn a blue portal. It’s best to destroy these parts one at a time because Cyclops will spawn every time a portal spawns. Too many Cyclops can become easily overwhelming in this encounter because they each have clear vantage points over the entire Fireteam. After spawning a portal, Portal Team One needs to go in and enemies to gather as many Voltaic Motes as possible (anywhere from 15-18).
